Description
Tangible Twilight is painted with three colors: Indigo, Tundra Violet, and Mayan Blue Genuine. Indigo is a non granulating dark blue combination of pigments. Tundra violet is a combination of Ultramarine Blue and Mars Brown which results in a dusty violet in masstone but when diluted those pigments split and blue and brown are distinctly seen. Mayan Blue Genuine is a recreation from the blue pigment used by the Ancient Mayans. It seems to granulate a little but isn’t labeled as such. It’s color is a rich cool blue.
This is the original watercolor and is hand painted by me. I recommend matting this Atmospheric Watercolor to allow the artwork to really standout. All watercolor paintings are waxed sealed. The back is titled, signed, and dated. Every painting has my initials near the bottom right side of the artwork.
