Description
Radiant Dew is painted with two colors: Indigo and Wild Purple. Indigo is a very dark blue that grounds the watercolor. Wild Purple is a three pigment color combination of Ultramarine Blue, Quinacridone Rose, and Chromium Oxide Green. The result a blue leaning pink that granulates and splits when diluted leaving a separation of blue and pink. The green addition is hardly noticeable but will unpredictably make an appearance when diluted.
This is the original watercolor and is hand painted by me. I recommend matting this Atmospheric Watercolor to allow the artwork to really standout. All watercolor paintings are waxed sealed. The back is titled, signed, and dated. Every painting has my initials near the bottom right side of the artwork.
